If you want to use your existing GPS and other modules for Pixhawk (with DF13 connectors), you need to modify your cables. Replace DF13 with JST GH connectors. The GPS port on Pihack combines GPS serial and compass I2C in one port, which is very convenient as most GPS module comes with a built in compass. See the English manual above for pin outs.

NOTE: the pinouts are different from other flight controllers that use JST GH connectors such as PixRacer or PXFmini, so don't mix them up.
